HTTP ERROR 500

Hi guys,
I have a HTTP ERROR 500 when enabling the SETTINGS – FILE UPLOAD – ENABLE FILE UPLOAD checkbox. When this checkbox is enabled I cannot send any tickets / reply from the backend or frontend. When I click the send ticket I get a:
This page isn’t working.
HTTP ERROR 500For debugging purposes:
– I deactivated all plugins (except Awesome Support)
– Using Thwenty Seventeen theme
– Updated to latest WordPress 4.9.8
– Updated to latest Awesome Support 5.8.0I repetead the process on two separate wordpress instalations & domains with the same results.
Could you please provide a feedback on this?
