    Hi guys,

I have a HTTP ERROR 500 when enabling the SETTINGS – FILE UPLOAD – ENABLE FILE UPLOAD checkbox. When this checkbox is enabled I cannot send any tickets / reply from the backend or frontend. When I click the send ticket I get a:
    This page isn’t working.
    HTTP ERROR 500

    For debugging purposes:
    – I deactivated all plugins (except Awesome Support)
    – Using Thwenty Seventeen theme
    – Updated to latest WordPress 4.9.8
    – Updated to latest Awesome Support 5.8.0

I repetead the process on two separate wordpress instalations & domains with the same results.

Could you please provide a feedback on this?

    Thank you,
    Andrei

    Hi:

hmmm…that is unusual. Lets see if we can figure out what’s going on. Here are some questions that will help us to that goal:

    1. What are the error messsages in your debug.log file?
    2. Can you tell me who the host is?
    3. Are there any errors other related errors in the php log file and the apache error log?
    4. I assume that the php version is 5.6.x or 7.x?

    Thanks.

    Hi

    The PHP version is 5.6.
If you can provide me some private communication, email I can send you login credentials so you can live test it.

    Thank you,
    Andrei

    Hi guys,

    I got it fixed 🙂
I deleted the plugin again. This time with DELETE DATA enabled inside the plugin settings, which was not enabled in my previous reinstall.
Now the plugin works even with the ENABLE FILE UPLOAD checkbox enabled.

    Thank you,
    Andrei

Huh – that’s interesting. I wonder what was in the data that caused that issue. Glad you got it resolved though – thanks for letting us know and updating this thread!
