    Hi all,

When using Chrome I get a HTTP ERROR 431 on one of my sites. If any of you could point me in the right direction to solve this problem then that would be great. Thank you in advance.

The website is a simple WordPress/Woocommerce site using OceanWP as theme.

    Thank you in advance!

431 Request Header Fields Too Large

This error can happen if your server sends too big headers, including cookies.
Try to clean browser cookies for this site, does the problem persists with logging in again?

After removing the cookies it is possible again to visit the site, thank you. Is it probable that this anything to do with a problem of my site? It is a webshop so it would be bad if customers get the same error. Thanks again for your response, it is highly appreciated.

I think your issue needs more testing.
How much cookies are set at once per session/per cart.

You can use browser cookie manager to check cookies set by your site,
maybe some can be disabled (i.e. some security plugins may set a huge array as spam protection)

Maybe you have a lot of CORS headers with large domain list.
Since you have not provided link to your site, you will have to check that yourself.
