All I did was to update some of the plug-ins in the WP CP yesterday; I don’t even know what these were, but it suggested updating them, so it seemed like a good idea! Now I cannot get into my CP – AT ALL! All I get is the above error. This is serious & a bit scary; I cannot do anything with my website unless I can get back in. Is there actually any real support from WordPress on here, or is it just users moaning at each other?

ANY help would be much appreciated!

Reset your plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin.

Thanks – but I’m sorry I don’t understand what this means? I’ve not accessed the admin for my website anywhere other than the WP CP (which I cannot now get into). Where is the FTP? And what is PhpMyAdmin?
Sorry; I’m not a web maestro – I’m just a simple photographer – someone else designed the site for me (who is not available any more); I just know how to add content.

I’m sorry but this is part & parcel of running your own web site. If these are tasks that you feel you cannot undertake, you may have to consider hiring a professional.
