# http 500 error – HELP

 * I have suddenly started getting a http 500 error when I try to go into the newsletter
   settings on mail poet. I have also tested subscribing and
    when I hit subscribe
   I get the following error in the newsletter subscribing form fields
 * Oops! There is a problem with this form:
    textStatus:error errorThrown:Internal
   Server Error responseText:

 * Until recently the website was hosted under theseniormasterstor.co.uk and hosted
   separately. I rebuilt the website under tsmt.co.uk and separate hosting.
 * I ran mailpoet under the old site. I exported the mailing addresses from from
   the old to the new. Set up the new site in exactly the same way with a simple
   newsletter sign up.
 * However, I have set up front end user membership. And I have also set up woocommerce
   on the site in the last week
 * On Friday & Saturday I sent out the latest newsletter so I could obviously access
   the Newsletter part of the widget then.
 * I have deactivated and woocommerce mailpot widgets so I am only left with the
   original mailpoet widget
 * Please help

 * I installed jetpack yesterday – just deactivated jetpack and the mailpoet plugin
   is fine… annoying, but fine
