# HTML5 video not working

* Hello,
* On my site the HTML5 video background isn´t always working. For instance on my
tablet (Chrome under Android) no video is shown. Although all defined video sources
can be reached.
* It seems to be related to the screen size/resolution: on smaller sizes it doesn’t
work. The following error message is shown:
* video.js:91 Uncaught (in promise) DOMException: The play() request was interrupted
by a new load request.
t.src @ video.js:91 L @ video.js:48 t.src @ video.js:
55 t.src @ video.js:54 t.src @ video.js:54 playVideo @ bigvideo.js:220 BigVideo.

* What can be the problem? And of course: what is the solution?

* Playing around with the Chrome DevTools showed that the problem relates to the
Navigator userAgent and not the resolution. It’s working fine for Desktop (all
resolutions) but not for Mobile.
* And the error message I’m mentioning is always shown …

* My videos not working for non logged in users. If the’ll loggin the video will
worc correctly.
