 * Hi – Can someone explain what this is used for – it is under the ‘comments’ box
   on my blog (had this question from a respondent)
 * You may use these HTML tags and attributes: `<a href="" title=""> <abbr title
   =""> <acronym title=""> <b><blockquote cite=""> <cite> <del datetime=""> <em>
   <i> <q cite=""> <s> <strike> <strong></p> <p>`
