 * Hello,
 * i have a problem with the registration confirmation email in mailpoet 3.
    Ive
   created a html that works fine in all my browsers. But if i use the code for
   the registration confirmation email its messy. nothing is on the place where
   it should be. to create the html i used a special wysiwyg html-email tool called“
   BEE”. Is there any special thing i have to know to use html for the registration
   confirmation email?

 * Hi there [@kitecycle](https://wordpress.org/support/users/kitecycle/),
 * Thanks for reaching out!
 * Do you mean that you created a subscription confirmation email?
 * Can you please let me know how you added it to MailPoet after creating in another
   HTML editor?

 * Hi [@kitecycle](https://wordpress.org/support/users/kitecycle/),
 * Please note we do not recommend adding HTML to the sign-up confirmation email
   as it’s the first email your website will send to your subscribers and we need
   to avoid anything that could affect its deliverability.
 * However, we do share a custom design sample here: [https://www.mailpoet.com/blog/improve-your-signup-confirmation-email/](https://www.mailpoet.com/blog/improve-your-signup-confirmation-email/)
 * As you’re using a third-party tool to create the HTML, we can’t guarantee it’s
   going to be properly rendered by all email clients, and we can’t support it as
   well.
 * Sorry about that. Our suggestion is to keep this email as simple as possible
   to ensure it will be delivered and rendered as expected.
