  • Resolved stamford

    Good Day,
As I have received such excellent help from you the past days, I am now ready and building!
    But I got stuck.

What I would like to do is to have an image covering the main body of my Home page. On this image, I would like a white text box with a paragraph. In this paragraph I want a link.

In photoshop I embedded the textbox in the image and all that worked fine. But my problem is that when I upload that image file, there is no way to make one of the words in the textbox a LINK.

    Any ideas? :o)

  • Hi

Normally the way to do what you are attempting is to make the image a background image using CSS background: url(images/myfile.jpg) no-repeat applied to the appropriate Div or the body tag. Then you make the white text box using a Div in HTML, not in Photoshop, and style and size it with CSS. Then the link can appear in the HTML within that Div. You position the Div using CSS wherever you want it on the home page.
