# HTML QUESTION

 * Hi guys. I’ve discovered that WP has been automatically editing and changing,
   my HTML/Javascript codes for my affiliate links. It appears to happen only on
   the fist post. The only way it seems for me to fix the tags, is to re-edit them
   in HTML mode, then click on update.
 * Is there a way to be able to disable, the automated corrections done by WP??

 * Hi – You can turn off some of the auto-formatting that WP does. Take a look at
   this plugin
    [http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wp-unformatted/](http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wp-unformatted/)
 * 1) it does work in 2.7.1
 * 2) read the instructions – you have to create a custom field on any post on which
   you want the formatting turned off
