.html permalink help

Hi,

I have just moved from blogger to WordPress and all of the links I have on other blogs and social networks have .html on the end.

The question is what is the best way to resolve this? Can I set my permalinks to add this .html or can I get it to remove it on the incoming link so it works? I have set it up in the same way as blogger did (year/month/post name), it’s just this .html that is throwing things.
