# HTML Output (Header)

 * I got my blog set up, and every thing is fine, I’m using charset UTF8 for displaying
   everything. But when I had a look at the source code of the page, I noticed that
   the BlogTitle has changed from “Kay’s Blog” to “Kay’s Blog”, that is not right
   and it confuses definetly every SE, I’ve tried to use other encoding like ISO-
   8859-2, but it’s the same result. At the moment I can’t tell what causes the 
   problem. Any idea?
