We have a form with several visual editor textareas that work great.
However, when you submit a form with an error (eg, a required field is missing) and the page reloads, the textareas display HTML on the Visual tab and In the Text tab, the content with encoded html characters.
Here is a video showing the issue exactly: video of issue

The plugin is installed 100% as it comes and there have been no modifications at all to its files.

Yes, the forums here at WordPress.org are for free versions of plugins only. For Pro support use the contact form at the bottom of the page at Plugin Planet, thank you.

    Hi Jeff,

I did as you said and sent my message through the contact form at plugin planet.
Not only have I not heard back yet after 24 hours, but I have not even received a message to acknowledge the message had been received.

What is the next move here? I’d like to have at least an estimate time for a response and a way of confirming my support ticket at least exists for you.

    Thank you
