    Hello Mike,

Please note our plugin does not provide any HTML code that can be used directly. The form submission code is generated on the page/post where the shortcode is placed. Can you please check if you are using the latest version of “Revolution Slider”?

Secondly, when you say the shortcode does not work, do you mean you see the shortcode instead of the form in the frontend of your website?

    Hi Harish,

I guess I could have phrased my question much better with “How do you add the shortcake to a Slide in Revolution Slider?” Sorry 🙁 Yes, I have the latest version of Revolution Slider and yes, I see the shortcode on the slide instead of the form itself. Thanks so much for the help!

    Hello Mike,

Thanks for the clarification. Our plugin uses the standard WordPress shortcode method to add a form anywhere on your website. If the form is not being displayed within a slide in Revolution Slider, then I presume this plugin would not be allowing the processing of any shortcodes.

In your theme, do you use any other “shortcodes”? If yes, can you please try adding it within the Revolution slider’s slide and see if it works?
