HTML load twice on every page

    Hi, the html loading twice on every page. I deactivated all the plugins and activated one by one then I found that whenever waitlist plugin is active it is happening. Could you please check?

    HTML is trying to fetch the main URL as an image. The URL must be put somewhere as image by mistake. Please check the screenshot.
