Html instead of shortcode? (2 posts)

Hi Kevin, I have an application that I need to export testimonials to another site to be displayed on their pages. Actually my data is imported from their site and displayed in my pages. They also produce their own display (list of my products on their own site) but my short code in their system only displays as text. As you can imagine their wordpress site will not import my testimonials and even though my entire page content is displayed on their site, the testimonials are not because of use of the short code - it only displays the short code as text. Is there a way use html instead of the short code? That way my content html that I store on their site can be displayed correctly on both my site and theirs. I realize I would have to include CSS to display correctly. I hope that makes sense. Here are links to:

    Thanks in advance, Mark

    Sorry sunkissmarc

I don't think I can help you. The testimonials are stored in a data table within the WordPress Database.

You could create a separate page with all the testimonials displayed in the basic unformatted view, without excerpts. You could then go into View=>Source to get the html, but that's the only way I know of.
