 * How do you include HTML in Link Notes? When I try to add `<a href="">` links
   to the Link Notes, the `<a href="">` tag is stripped down to just `<a>`.

 * This may change in the next major update to WordPress (currently referred to
   as 2.1), but for now you can *fix* it by editing default-filters.php (in the
   wp-includes/ directory) and commenting out or removing the following line:
 * `add_filter('pre_link_notes', 'wp_filter_kses');`
 * Source editing notes: Back up any files before you edit them, and comment your
   changes for future reference.
