 * I am putting together a form
 * it includes a radio list, in the radio list we have chemical formula such as 
   C2O. In this, the 2 needs to be subscript <sub>2</sub>
 * In addition we have mention of species names for plants. The latin species name
   needs to be in italics. When I add the code to the radio list the html is output
   on the page.
 * Is there a way to include html in the label visible on screen.
 * I have tried using pipes to include different code for label and data, but that
