This is the default for WordPress & is by design.

So there is no way to change that?
You could try looking for a plugin that would allow you do this but it cannot be changed within WordPress itself.

When I’m logged in as an admin I can successfully use html when I comment on a post or page but when I’m logged out I can’t. I want everyone leaving comments to be able to at least embed a video and an image in the comment section of any post or pg. Please Help and thank you in advance
