# HTML Emails not working

* Hi,
* I am trying to see if this plugin will do the workflow I want for my small group.
So far it looks very good and I appreciate all the effort that has gone into
it.
* The most basic problem I have is that HTML emails are not showing up formatted
in several email programs I have including GMail and Zoho mail.
* Is there a trick in getting HTML templates working? Is there a way to turn off
HTML emails (I guess I could edit each one to be just plain text, but wondering
if there is something more accessible)?

with the confirmation message?

so I can see what’s going on. Send me a screen shot of what you’re seeing, but
forward the actual message as well.
* Have you done anything particularly fancy in terms of trying to customize the
email templates? Or did you see these issues from when you first installed the
plugin?
