# HTML emails

* When notification emails are sent to either the new vendor or Administrator,
the emails are in plain text and don’t use the default Woocommerce email layout.
Is there a way to make it use the Woocommerce email layout or otherwise at least
make it an HTML email so the link can be clicked?
* Also the email comes from “WordPress” so I have had to install CB Change Mail
sender plugin. Is there a better way of doing this?

* Yeah, that’s right WCFM emails are not send by using WC email templates. We will
add this very soon.
* But, emails are send in HTML format, how you are getting text emails? Can you
please show us a email snap.

* I checked and you’re right it’s HTML but for some reason the links in the email
are not live links so they have to be copied and pasted rather than clicked on.

* Hi,
* Yeah, it happen sometime and it depends on mail client.
* Just take a try using a Gmail email address, hope you will not see this issue.
* Mainly, third-party mail servers hide links due to security.
