  • Hello dear @stereochoc ,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

The editor in the tutorial is the Classic one and seems you’re using Gutenberg. That is why it is different from the screenshots in the tutorial.
To use the same editor, you can install a plugin called Disable Gutenberg and you will see the same screen.

Just to note, Gutenberg has the same options but finding them is slightly different.

You should click on the plus button as shown in the screenshot: https://prnt.sc/TDL6xFRmCdY0

And then you can browse among the elements, for example, here is the button: https://prnt.sc/CJFqHFWgDuSA

If you want to add another popup, just search for Popup Builder among the elements.

Let us know if this is helpful.

    Thanks for the reply.

Seems you’re in the Text part of the editor. Could you switch to the Visual part and let us know if the button is still invisible? Please, see this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/10h28lb

i try with the gutenberg because my user who write article prefer gutenberg.
But when i want to edit a popup with the gutenberg editor i can’t see what you show me. I’m in source code mode i think and can’t switch to view mode https://prnt.sc/uiPVWgDNxWAa

    Dear @stereochoc ,

Could you tell us what theme you use? You can try switching the theme and seeing if the button appears. It may be connected with the theme.
If it is, please, tell us your theme name.

On the other hand, please, make sure to use the Popup Builder latest version 4.1.3

If it is the latest version and isn’t connected with the theme, then it could be a result of conflict between plugins. You can check that this way.

To figure that out, may we ask you to deactivate all the plugins you have and in case the issue is fixed, by activating the plugins one by one, locating which plugin causes the conflict.

Please, tell us once you locate the plugin causing the issue.

    Looking forward to your response.
