Greets, Just to clarify, the comments I am speaking about here are WP comments for posts. When the plugin is active the formatting tags to make text bold or to add a link or the code or italic ect for the user is not working. When you deactivate the plugin it they work great. I really like this plugin, could you assist please?
Thank you
William
I should also include, I am using Buddypress-default theme, buddypress 1.9 and wordpress 3.8
Thanks again
William
I was hoping today’s update to the plugin would have fixed this issue but it hasn’t–Help Please…
Hi wilandmae,
Sorry for missing this bug in lastest release, we checked and fix this bug in develope version. Please check the diff here https://github.com/designwall/DW-Question-Answer/commit/7600ef1479b279b86ac63b0e6531f0ae05e83c14. To fix this, go to ‘<you site>’/wp-content/plugins/dw-question-answer/inc/actions.php’ and replace it by this file https://github.com/designwall/DW-Question-Answer/blob/master/inc/actions.php
Hope this help!
Thanks,
When I changed the file to the one you said to change it to, the fixed actions.php it does indeed fix the problem with the wp comments so thank you. After making the change though it seems I had to re-save the permalink structure and log-out and re-log back in and all is working fine now. Thanks for fixing this issue. I am excited to getting this back up and running! WooHoo!

In Comments, the plugin was blocking the use of simple html tags for the comments. Such As
<strong> or <em>
ect and would not work. Could you please help fix this issue? Thanks again for an awesome plugin.William
