# html compression no longer working

* activating the new HTML minify component leads to do simply nothing. no compression,
no comment stripping, just nothing, regardless the settings in that tab.

* hi Alex,
* I played a while with the minify settings as the page isn’t accessable from outside
the comp. network.
I’ve to precise myself: after some serious cache purging
the html is rendered compressed. inline css in wp_head() and the header.php itself
stays uncompressed, until I activate aggregate CSS-files. the same to some inline
scripts. unfortunately their functionality stops after that.
