 * Hi. On the list page, in some fields the code &#039 is correctly rendered as 
   an apostrophe; in others it remains rendered as &#039. How can I force the correct
   format?

 * Probably it is double-encoded. You will have to correct those manually, or perhaps
   you can correct it in the CSV and re-import.
 * If you suspect the plugin is doing this, what type of field is showing the problem
   and under what circumstances?
