HTML code in video description

Is there any way to use html code in video description? When I put description in some cases it breaks in not suitable place. In example:
Andante religioso – R.
Thome

and I want to look it like that:
Andante religioso –
R. Thome

Is there any way to put some br/ or nbsp  in text?
