HTML code in T&C text

    Hi,
    In Terms and Conditions text, I use abbreviated text with a link (<a href=”http://&#8230;) to full T&C. This used to render just fine (i.e. the HTML code turned into a clickable link). However, after one of the recent updates, the rendering does not work any longer. So instead of the link I now get the raw HTML code.
    Where / how to fix this?
