HTML Code disappears

    Hello Ben @hinampaksh

    I am using latest version of Beaver Builder along with WP’s latest version. I designed a page using BB and everything is all good except when i paste HTML code(it’s for displaying a button) using the HTML module, the button appears on the page but when i Publish the page , the button disappears. There’s no error reported though in this case.

    Can you please suggest a solution? Awaiting your early response.

    @yes, I was able to save the page, publish it too and my visitors viewed the page as well.

    I don’t have the non-builder page now as I deleted it but I can create in next 10 minutes for you to review.

    Also, I will share the link to a non-builder page on another website of mine with the same host.

    Impossible to know if the code is even in the page in the second link as you are combining all the css and js, minifying the HTML and caching it twice.

    Exactly. However, earlier i was using WP Super Cache, Autoptimize & Async Javascript plugins but i deleted all of them and then tried too..Nothing worked.

    NOW, i only have WP Super Cache & Autoptimize, for a reason that my backbone plugin Geodirectory recommends using both in sync.

    That’s all. What do you suggest now?

    If you still think this is a Beaver Builder issue, even though your code does not work on a normal page then contact our support.
