html and javascript code not working in posts editor/ text widgets

hi,
i have a problem when i insert clicksor ads code or feedburner counter code (note: clickor is a javascript code but feedburner has not a script tags only a and img tags)
so when i insert these codes in post text tab, text widget or Ad inserter plugin its not worked but when i add this code
<scripts>
document.write(“Hello World!”);
</scripts> it worked
or iframe tag it also worked
custom html widget also not working
any solution
