# .htaccess problem ack.

 * You don’t have permission to access / on this server.
 * Not sure what is up with this but I get that error when i do the rewrite for 
   the permilinks and then i can’t even get back into the wordpress administrator.
   Anybody know what I might need to change to fix this issue? I’m using a value
   web webserver… dedicated..

 * CHmod (777 or 666) your htaccess file. It should be in the root directory of 
   your WordPress install.

 * ok.. well wordpress will create teh .htacess file and then after it does nothing
   works, so that is the error i start getting..
 * should i cahnge the access after i create it and that will fix it?
