    Greetings to all!

My webserver seems to have a problem with a standard feature when just visiting the wp-super-cache admininterface:

First to start off: I use the mod_rewrite option.
When I just open the wp-super-cache’s admin area the “advanced” tab, it seems to automatically update the .htaccess-file in the “cache” directory:

“Gzip encoding rules” in /home/.sites/.abc./..abc../web/wp/wp-content/cache/.htaccess created.

This causes my website to throw an error 500.

I realized this line in the .htaccess file of the cache folder is causing the problem:

    Options -Indexes

Just commenting the line out and everything works. But when opening the “Advanced” tab of wp-super-cache admin area again -> The htaccess has been rewritten and error 500 occures again!
(My hoster already configured to not list directory contents and they seem to have a problem with that htaccess-line)

Any chance to comment that out permanently or some sort of hidden solution for me there?
(Do I simply miss a checkbox to enable or disable?)

    Thank you in advance!
    Best regards.
