  • I am installing a special plugin that requires editing .htaccess for the backend sites, but where can I find the file?

Is there a separate .htaccess for each backend site at all?

Thanks in advance for your advices!

there’s only one for everyone, same as the regualr wordpress files. The .htaccess file is in the same folder as your wp-config.php file, and it is hidden by default, so “show hidden files” in whatever you’re using to look there.

What’s the plugin? There may be a workaround.

Thanks very much Andrea and tdjcbe!

I added the code(domain specific) to the main .htaccess and the plugin is working fine now. I guess I have to do the same for all other backend sites.

tdjcbe, it is WPRobot plugin for cloaking.
