 * just went to wp3.5 and can’t update or install any plugin that copies a temporary
   htaccess file to the server
 * can’t upgrade askimet
    can’t install eshop
 * Could not copy file. /web/wp-content/upgrade/eshop.tmp/eshop/downloads/.htaccess
 * Any ideas?
