    when i submit database form and email see this err:
 * Sorry, the file .htaccess already exists. Please delete it and reload this page
 * after this i delete this file but my server automatic make this file and again
   i see this err
 * please guide me
    thanks

 * Five bucks says you;re using CPanel. Log out of CPanel, delete the .htaccess 
   file via ftp and try again. Do *NOT* log in to CPanel at any time during this
   process.

 * Delete it via ftp. If you’re deleting it with cpanel, it automatically replaces
   it.
