Hi. I'm trying to work on this site: http://www.hotel-lobbyists.com

I made a change to the WordPress URL, and now the admin page is a white page with a 404 error. Of course, if you look up this problem, everyone says to delete the .htaccess file in FTP.

Unfortunately, the owner of the site uses yahoo hosting, which according to yahoo hosting: "The name .htaccess refers to the main configuration file for Apache, a popular open-source HTTP server. The .htaccess file can be used to create custom error pages and web page redirects, set up password protection, enable SSI, and more. Yahoo! does not currently allow you to upload .htaccess files to your account."

Soooooo, how do I get back into the admin page of my website without access to the .htaccess file?

See Changing The Site URL « WordPress Codex for recovery instructions that don't involve .htaccess.

Might be a good idea to find a new host; the lack of being able to use an .htaccess file and permalinks can be limiting.
