Please tell me how to add information about the region to the attribute:
I have “hreflang=”ru”
Need “hreflang=”ru-UA”

This can be done whith a PHP filter. Here is some doc with an example: https://polylang.pro/doc/filter-reference/#pll_rel_hreflang_attributes
