Howto track which page donation form was submitted from

Hello,

I am using 1 give donation form throughout my website.

Wondering if there’s a way to track which page the donation was submitted from?

Perhaps using a custom field auto populated with the post/page slug?

If anyone has implemented a similar feature I would appreciate advice.
