Hi @locked2022
there no configuration possible or needed to enable/disable the honeypot. It is our “always on” core feature.
If every comment is marked as spam there will probably some sort of conflict.
I have tested it with the free Bravada theme and my comments don’t get marked as spam, so this either a problem with the plus version (if you are using this) or with another plugin.
Can you share your active plugins and your ASB settings?
ASB is not active at them moment, correct?
All the best
Torsten

Hi @locked2022
ASB is activated (makes me suspicious that you assume it’s off).
I checked this post: https://photos.locked.de/2022/02/05/alpine-huts/
And there is no honeypot in the markup of the page.
Looks like you can fix it with enabling this option in ASB:
[_] Check complete site markup for comment forms
I can reproduce the problem if I uncheck this option.
I will check why this happens and if/how we can fix it. Looks like the theme is doing something unusual here (should be using a core function but seems to be doing it different).
All the best
Torsten
Hi @locked2022
I dived a little bit in the code and found the reason.
Opened up a issue on Github for it:

All the best

Hey Thorsten,
ah nice! I checked the option. A test-post is now no more marked as Honeypot-Spam.
Thanks a lot!
I just donated 10€ for the quick help!
Just read your reply with the BUG on Github. Awesome! Thanks a ton!
