It’s not built into the plugin yet (you can submit a feature request here) but there a few ways.
Do you mean two columns on the page or two columns within the testimonial itself?

Is that what you had in mind?
The CSS is at the bottom of the page. I’m having trouble on the CSS column example – there’s too much space below the columns, I’ll keep working on that.
