How’d those sploggers do it? (leggit question – no funny business)

Hey everyone,
Sorry if this is posted in the wrong section, but oh well.
Anyway this is my question.

I have been playing with the idea of using one main blog for a
series of blogs that I host (it’s kind of like a blogging network)
Anyway this main blog would have multiple publisher accounts
which would post new posts to a specific caterogy on the blog
say ‘religion’. Not not to confuse the reader in anyway their
would still be the original blog which they have become used to
but the posts would be fed into the blog through the category rss
feed on my main blog.

I know you can get rss feeds for specific categories I’m just
wondering how easy is it to import rss feeds and churn them out
as posts on the blog.
