How would I change the layout of my site?

Right now my site as a mobile is not really accessible to were to look for things if you get me http://www.redroomgaming.com/ that is my site and the mobile version does leave room to add images or even find posts if you do not know how.

How could you edit the look of your mobile site so it does zoom straight in.

Sorry for the scatty question didn’t really know how to word it. Could you be as detailed as you can I am a beginner at everything.
