 * Really I do not understand very well the functioning of this plugin.
 * I have a website about buses routes (public transport).
 * I would like me including some system so that the users send information in real-
   time of the traffic and the bus in which they move (accidents of transit, been
   of the routes, where the bus is driving, etc)
 * I would like if I can realize the mentioned with this plugin, send information
   to the website in real time
