Support » Fixing WordPress » How to view the contents of a div if it is not included in style.css

  • So I’m gradually getting into editing my own theme, and after watching YouTube videos (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ErN7H9vO8SM) about how to use Firebug in Firefox to locate which parts of code are doing what, I’m starting to understand.

But my question is this: whereas in the video the designer finds the html in the right column of Firebug, I’m getting simply a stream of divs in my column (which I believe is a direct representation of the style.css file) – table, caption etc, etc – but I’m not sure where to find the html within these divs (is this correct?) in order to edit them.

My site is at http://pennettahouse.com and I’m using “BlankSlate” theme.

    Thank you very much
