How to view refund message

    Hi,

    Thanks for using our plugin!

    You can check order-related messages on the WooCommerce >> order edit page there you got all the messages from the customer.

    Hope this will resolve your concern.

    Also when a customer drop a message. There is no notification message to alert admin that a new message was received.

    Thanks for getting back to us,

    For getting the alert regarding the order messages for the admin, you can enable the emails for the order messages from the very same Enable order messages tab so that you can an email notification for the same.
