How to use this plug-in on site serving from Google App Engine

Hi

I am serving my site from Google App Engine. It doesn’t use .htaccess file. I do not have folder/file write permission there. That’s why I can’t change the folder permissions like in Apache. So can you please suggest how can I use this plug-in with my site.
