how to use slider with html5 videos?

Hi guys

Im trying to add video sliders to my site and ive been told that html5 is the best option for full screen videos. The thing is that i cant find a way to get videos working and im not sure where actually hosts html5 videos?

If someone knows where, do i have to convert the videos before adding them to the host? It looks so easy but its obviously not for me : )
ive tried both fusion slider and revolution slider but neither works with videos i add unless i use a YouTube video and of course that leaves the standard YouTube width on display which isnt fullscreen

Im wondering if its easier to use a plugin but i dont think they will work like a slider?

Any advice or reading points are appreciated
