    I am attempting to enable Multi-applications but haven’t been able to figure out where to insert the shortcode to allow users to apply for multiple positions with just one application.

    Here’s the link to the site: http://southernmaidcolorado.com/jobs/

    Here are the shortcodes that need to be put in the job application template (I think):

    [job_checkbox] – While inside a [job_field_loop], this will display a checkbox associated with the current job.

    [job_apply_multi]…[/job_apply_multi] – This will display a button to allow the applicant to apply for all checked jobs, with the contained text as the button text.

    Here is the standard job list template (there is also an individual template):

    [job_loop]
    <div class=”job[job_row_number] job[job_id] [job_odd_even]”>
    <table class=”job-table[if_job_highlighted] highlighted[/if_job_highlighted]”>
    <tr>
    <th scope=”row”>Title</th>
    <td>[job_icon] [job_link][job_title][/job_link]</td>
    </tr>
    [if_job_categories]
    <tr>
    <th scope=”row”>Categories</th>
    <td>[job_category_links]</td>
    </tr>
    [/if_job_categories]
    [job_field_loop]

    [if_job_field]
    <tr>

    <th scope=”row”>[job_field_label]</th>
    <td>[job_field]</td>
    </tr>
    [/if_job_field]
    [/job_field_loop]
    <tr>
    <td></td>
    <td class=”jobs-applynow”>[job_apply_link]Apply Now[/job_apply_link]</td>
    </tr>
    </table>
    </div>

    [/job_loop]

    [if_job_page_count]
    <div class=”job-nav”>
    <div class=”previous”>[job_page_previous_link]Page [job_page_previous_number][/job_page_previous_link]</div>
    <div class=”this”>Jobs [job_page_minimum]-[job_page_maximum] of [job_total]</div>
    <div class=”next”>[job_page_next_link]Page [job_page_next_number][/job_page_next_link]</div>
    </div>
    [/if_job_page_count]

    My question is where does the shortcode go and do I need to do any special formatting to get it to look right on the page?

    This is actually a very neat tool but can be a bit confusing for sure.

    1. Admin Settings: Make sure you have Allow Multi Applications – checked
    2. In the Display Settings / Job List Template
    – Add to the Top of the Template the 1st Short Code:
    [job_apply_multi]Apply Multi Jobs[/job_apply_multi]

    Then add in the 2nd Short code within the [job_field_loop]

    Example:

    [job_apply_multi]Apply Multi Jobs[/job_apply_multi]
    [job_loop]
    <div class="job[job_row_number] job[job_id] [job_odd_even]">
    <table class="job-table[if_job_highlighted] highlighted[/if_job_highlighted]">
      <tr>
        <th scope="row">Title</th>
        <td>[job_icon] [job_link][job_title][/job_link][job_checkbox]</td>
      </tr>
    [if_job_categories]
      <tr>
         <th scope="row">Categories</th>
         <td>[job_category_links]</td>
      </tr>
    [/if_job_categories]
    [job_field_loop]
      [if_job_field]
      <tr>
        <th scope="row">[job_field_label]</th>
        <td>[job_field length="200"]</td>
      </tr>
      [/if_job_field]
    [/job_field_loop]
     </table>
    </div><br/><br/>
    [if_job_page_count]
    <div class="job-nav">
    	<div class="previous">[job_page_previous_link]Page [job_page_previous_number][/job_page_previous_link]</div>
    	<div class="this">Jobs [job_page_minimum]-[job_page_maximum] of [job_total]</div>
    	<div class="next">[job_page_next_link]Page [job_page_next_number][/job_page_next_link]</div>
    </div>
    [/if_job_page_count]
    [/job_loop]

    Here are some screen shots that should help you visualize this better.

    Training Videos are on our list for sure…Hope this helps:)
