I don’t understand how to create a custom gallery. I was looking for a plugin that would let me create carousel’s to display multiple categories of woo products on one page. Will I be able to that?

    Suggestion:

    Hello,

The short answer is, this plugin by itself doesn’t have a carousel feature, unless you’re using a theme that includes Bootstrap.

The main function of Custom Content Shortcode is to query and display content and fields, in their raw state, as it were – without any CSS styles or Javascript magic. It doesn’t handle the layout or presentation, such as slider, carousel, responsive columns, boxes, etc.

So, I think there are other plugins that are more suited for your purpose of creating a carousel.

That said, if you find a carousel plugin based on shortcodes or widgets, most likely the loop and content shortcodes can be used to display the product details inside the slides. I do have a couple of plugins under development for layout and carousel shortcodes, but they’re still being built and tested.

Bottom line: unfortunately, at this point the plugin won’t be an immediate solution for you. But please let me know if I can be of any further assistance.
