Update – there is a console error on my portfolio page:
Uncaught ReferenceError: TweenMax is not defined
(anonymous function) @ aeolus_portfolio.js?ver=4.2.2:336
m.each.m.event.special.(anonymous function).handle @ jquery.js?ver=1.11.2:3
m.event.dispatch @ jquery.js?ver=1.11.2:3
m.event.add.r.handle @ jquery.js?ver=1.11.2:3
Could I get the corrected file or code needed from the developer?
Thanks!
I am having the EXACT same issue. Hover effect not working at all and same console error.

Nope, not yet. Still waiting on the developer to read this. Another user has reported the same issue here: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/tweenmax-is-not-defined?replies=2
It looks like the latest update of the plugin has left the aeolus_portfolio.js file (or whatever file is supposed to define the TweenMax function) broken.
I contacted the dev via the contact page on their site (http://www.sakuraplugins.com/contact/) a couple weeks ago but haven’t heard back. On that contact page though, there is a suggestion to download a WordPress plugin to address a “TweenMax conflict”, which I thought might be related, but I installed and activated it and I’m still getting the error. Maybe the plugin will help you though.
Hey guys sorry for the delay & for the error, I’ve been busy lately, just fixed that.
Cheers!
