How to use faqcombo (or another) shortcode with topic names displayed?

I am using [faqcombo] for my 20 questions and answers.

I also have a number of FAQ Topics, but these are not shown on screen. Instead of…

o Question 1 link
o Question 2 link
o Question 3 link
o Question 4 link
o Question 5 link
o Question 6 link
o etc., etc.

…I would like…

TOPIC 1
o Question 1 link
o Question 2 link
o Question 3 link
TOPIC 2
o Question 4 link
o Question 5 link
TOPIC 3
o Question 6 link
o etc., etc.

…ideally, with “TOPIC 1”, “TOPIC 2” and “TOPIC 3” also being shown lower down the page (to also divide the complete Questions+Answers).

Many FAQ pages on the web use this structure, so is it possible with this plugin? (I’ve been playing around for over an hour but can’t see how it’s currently possible.)
