How to use Chameleon CSS in template file?

Hi there,

Its been days since I googled for this problem but I can’t seem to get it working. I need to have a CSS switcher like http://www.educatetraining.co.uk/ where the user has to select the color and then website picks up that color.

I got it working with widget and the other features like sunrise, date etc but I just couldn’t able to get this in the header just like the mentioned webpage got it. Help please!
